Your Role

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing regulatory applications and filings, ensuring compliance with BCUC orders. You will also lead a cross-functional team of senior managers and managers to identify and communicate risks to the corporate strategy through regulatory analysis. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key leaders across the company, external regulatory legal counsel, and the BCUC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory applications and filings, ensuring timely submission and compliance with BCUC orders.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop strategies and execute regulatory applications.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external legal counsel, and the BCUC.
  • Oversee all activities related to regulatory hearings, including application development, responses to information requests, and compliance filings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, plus a minimum of six years of recent and related regulatory experience with a regulated company or regulatory body.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality written documents, such as applications and responses to information requests.
