About the Job

As a Digital Transformation Leader in our Asset Management team, you will play a key role in shaping our company's future by developing and implementing holistic business strategies for asset management. This involves working closely with decision-makers and management-level clients to analyze opportunities and identify areas for growth. Your expertise in refinery or chemicals plant operations will be highly valued as you oversee and manage project team operations throughout their lifecycle.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent English language proficiency, both written and oral. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver results and drive business success. With a willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25-50% of the time), you will be an integral part of a global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Key Account Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic customer relationships either personally or through a team of account managers, ensuring strong relationships at local and national levels.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement relationship management plans for existing accounts to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Consult with customers to understand their outcomes, introduce internal specialists, and gather data to clarify medium- to long-term needs.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Identify and build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Operational Compliance: Monitor performance and behaviors to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory codes.
  • Personal Capability Building: Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team, enhancing overall capabilities.
Requirements
  • A BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior maintenance experience in Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical, or Upstream facilities is essential.
  • Agile Project methodology experience would be advantageous.
