Job Title: Financial Manager for Financial Excellence

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial operations.

About the Role:
  • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes with an emphasis on team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models; monitor variances and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies; design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits; prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a Controller or senior financial role, with demonstrated team leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Field Servio, or equivalent); experience with software integration and data analytics tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This includes a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
