Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and manage the office environment.
- Communication: Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and greet visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Travel and Logistics: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, make reservations, and manage related documentation.
- Documentation and Filing: Set up, maintain, and update manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Train and support other workers in their roles, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare related documentation.
