KPS TRUCKLINES seeks an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working 30-40 hours per week. The salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
