About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information as needed.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making and analysis.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Basic security clearance.
Work Environment

  • Permanent work term.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
