About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Benco Health Services Inc. as a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing returns.
  2. Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  3. Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  4. Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
  5. Talent Acquisition: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of growth and development.
  6. Operational Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision and Team Management
  1. Team Size: Supervise a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
  2. Larger Teams: Supervise teams of more than 20 people, leveraging your leadership skills to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Personal Suitability
  1. Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders, colleagues, and clients.
  2. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  3. Organization: Exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Work Environment
