About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and information programs to promote our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategy Development
    • Direct and evaluate the activities of our marketing and communications departments to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
    • Develop and implement communication strategies and information programs to promote our business and services.
  • Media Relations
    • Direct and evaluate the activities of our media relations department to ensure effective representation of our business in the media.
    • Maintain media relations on behalf of our business, governments, and other organizations.
  • Public Relations
    • Direct and evaluate the activities of our public relations department to ensure effective promotion of our business and services.
    • Publicize activities and events on behalf of our business, governments, and other organizations.
  • Advertising and Promotions
    • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of our advertising and promotions department to ensure effective promotion of our products and services.
    • Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure effective execution of marketing and communications activities.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
  • Experience
    • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Be fluent in English.
