Executive Director of Sales Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Depot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
