About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies and information programs to promote our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote our business and maintain media relations on behalf of our organization.

Advertising and Promotion

Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.

Team Leadership

Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work in a team environment.
