About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, contracts, and inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and review of projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including data analysis and insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
