About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other administrative staff members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish Office Routines and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule and Confirm appointments and meetings for staff members and management.
  • Manage Contracts and maintain accurate records of all agreements and documents.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform Data Entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Assist with Marketing Initiatives by working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain Digital Databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Consult with Clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assign, Coordinate, and Review projects and programs to ensure successful completion and implementation.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 Hours per Week
