About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Establish Office Routines and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and Confirm appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage Contracts and maintain accurate records of all agreements and transactions.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform Data Entry and maintain accurate records of all data and information.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain and Manage digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Consult with Clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assign, Coordinate, and Review projects and programs to ensure successful completion.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 Hours per Week
