Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Brandon University. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
- Coordinate events, including seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and financial statements
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
- Provide customer service and respond to employee inquiries
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
