Job Overview

Eataly North America is seeking an experienced Coffee Specialist to join our quick service restaurant team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Coffee Specialist will work closely with our QSR General Manager and Assistant General Managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coffee program. Key responsibilities include training and developing QSR Baristas, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring inventory management and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a steady presence on the floor, interacting with guests, team members, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high hospitality standards.
  • Train, motivate, mentor, and organize QSR Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the weekly recording of waste transfers from both caffès and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Purchase supplies, beverages, and equipment as directed by the QSR General Manager and monitor inventory levels.
  • Manage transactions, ensure accurate accounting, and record shift notes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
