Job Description
  • We are looking for an experienced individual who can lead our café staff and oversee daily operations, including supervising kitchen staff and managing inventory.
  • You will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, modifying food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, monitoring revenues and labor costs, and planning and organizing daily operations.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting staff, setting schedules, and determining type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.
  • An important aspect of this role is ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and addressing customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
