Description

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing store managers and teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and guidance to foster professional growth.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction across all locations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality dining experience.
  • Address customer feedback effectively, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Sales & Financial Management:
  • Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, fostering community connections and promoting local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that the restaurants reflect the vibrant culture and flavors of Mexican cuisine.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager, District Manager, or equivalent in the quick-service restaurant industry (Mexican cuisine experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a history of mentoring and motivating managers and staff.
  • Excellent understanding of operational and financial management, with experience in budgeting and P&L oversight.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
