Cotti Coffee is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our team at our coffee shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams, and driving business results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of store plans and objectives.
  • Manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing strategic decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, aligning them with customer needs and preferences.
  • Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate resources to meet business demands.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support employee growth and development.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
