Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Effectively source, negotiate, and facilitate new business.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Create and deliver proposals inclusive of scope, fees, and qualifications for public and client RFPs.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with clients.
- Project Oversight: Assemble and guide a team of consultants toward meeting project objectives by overseeing documentation preparation.
- Project Performance: Accountable for project performance, on-time delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including tracking revenue, issuing invoices, and recovering receivables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure Quality Assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope.
- Innovation: Track industry developments and innovations to ensure RWDI delivers relevant services and innovative deliverables.
- Presentations and Conferences: Regularly develop and deliver presentations at project meetings and industry events.
- Proven experience in business development and project management within the engineering consulting sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Understanding of building design and construction process, codes, standards, and protocols.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum.
