Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Impressive Floors' flooring products and services to customers and prospects">
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals">
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity">
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction">
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared objectives">
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities">
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge">
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 3-4 years of sales experience within the flooring industry (highly preferred)">
  • Experience working in a sales-driven environment">
  • A willingness to grow and advance your career in sales">
  • Strong communication and customer service skills">
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service">
  • The ability to genuinely listen to customers and formulate personalized responses to their needs">
  • The curiosity to understand how things work and improve service">
  • Recognize the importance of excellent professional communication in the workplace">
  • Flexibility to work in a diverse culture">
  • A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail">
  • The ability to comfortably navigate hurdles using critical thinking and good judgment">

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office">
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent">
  • Required to work on schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 per year, commission pay, automobile allowance, dental care, extended health care, paid time off, store discount, and flexible language requirements.

This is an on-the-road position requiring frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.
