Senior Regional Sales Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion in your assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to achieve assigned business targets
- Establish and foster strong partnerships with carrier regional and field leadership to drive brand engagement and sell-through
- Inspire and motivate a team of experienced sales professionals to prioritize store visits during optimal periods and maximize impact
- Maintain a high level of expectation and ability to lead/coach through various content and mediums when face-to-face is not possible
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of combined direct sales/retail sales experience
- 1-3+ years' supervisor/management experience in retail and/or retail sales field management
- Proven experience in data reporting and analytical reporting
- Ability to analyze sales and market territory data to provide guidance and direction for under-performing markets
