Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at TMC2 Manufacturing.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in recruitment and staffing to take on a challenging role that requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Current and Prospective Staffing Requirements: Work closely with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Prepare and Post Job Notices: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Collect and Screen Applicants: Receive and review applications, and conduct interviews to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Advise Managers and Employees on Staffing Policies and Procedures: Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employment requirements, terms, and conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Windows, database software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Possess confidential security clearance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Ability to use public transportation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
