RISE Recruiting is seeking an exceptional talent acquisition leader to join our team as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent for corporate and specialized roles. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the hiring process, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving results that align with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to craft comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our organizational priorities.
  • Establish innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality passive candidates and address hard-to-fill roles.
  • Provide oversight and governance for talent acquisition policies and standards, ensuring compliance with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and relevant regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Conduct workforce planning and forecast headcount needs to proactively address future talent demands.
  • Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive data to inform targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, job boards, academic institutions, and other talent sources.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and propose process improvements to reduce cycle time and hiring costs.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and results to the executive team.

  • You have a proven track record of building and scaling successful recruitment programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • You have business acumen and can effectively align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
  • You are an excellent communicator with negotiation and closing skills, able to manage complex hiring processes.
  • You have the ability to influence senior leaders and build lasting partnerships.
  • You possess strong analytical skills to develop metric-based goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • You are resilient, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

What We Offer:

  • A base salary of $115,000 - $130,000.
