Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

Valard Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and submission of high-quality proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate proposal development and submission processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate documents, and other supporting materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for proposal development and submission.
  • Provide administrative support for proposal-related activities, including document management and distribution.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal development, bid response, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other proposal development tools.
