Proposal Coordinator

Valard Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and submission of proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate documents, and project profiles.
- Assist in the development of win strategies, key messages, and marketing themes for proposal submissions.
- Coordinate and log Bid Debriefs and Lessons Learned for future submissions.
- Document management and distribution of client documents to the response team.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Proposal Coordinator or in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
