Proposal Coordinator

Valard Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate proposal development and submission processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and subject matter experts to gather information and develop win strategies.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate documents, and project profiles to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate and log bid debriefs and lessons learned to improve future proposal submissions.
- Assist in the development of win strategies, key messages, marketing themes, and differentiators for proposal submissions.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Proposal Coordinator or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
