Job Summary

Graham is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for coordinating proposal responses, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposal materials, and providing administrative support to the proposal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate proposal responses, including gathering and organizing information, creating and editing proposal documents, and ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Develop and manage proposal schedules, including setting deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with proposal team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining proposal records, tracking changes, and ensuring version control.
  • Assist in the development of proposal content, including researching and writing proposal narratives, and creating visual aids.
  • Ensure that all proposal materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with solicitation requirements.
Requirements
  • Completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school, or a university bachelor program.
  • Construction company experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to lead a process with support and guidance.
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines and work schedules.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite, Toolbox, and SharePoint.
  • High level of organization; methodical in approach to workload.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
Working Conditions

This role is primarily office-based, though minimal travel may be required.
