Proposal Coordinator

Valard Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and submission of high-quality proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings and ensure timely submission of proposals
- Develop and maintain proposal templates and content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop win strategies
- Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy and quality
- Manage proposal documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
