About the Role:

Amazon is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Instock Manager to lead our Softlines business unit in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in inventory management, supply chain operations, and data analysis to drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize instock rates, inventory turns, and supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead innovation initiatives to adapt to an e-commerce supply chain and improve internal systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in instock, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience handling large and complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
