Church's Texas Chicken in Canada is in search of a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager for the region.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in the restaurant industry - with experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or a multi-location restaurant franchise business and live in the Greater Toronto Area.


This Brand Manager will be responsible for the design, coordination and direction of marketing initiatives that drive development, growth and consistency of the brand across Canada. This position will serve as a catalyst for growth by developing and implementing marketing programs that accelerate sales, enhance profitability, and grow market positioning in Canada.


Responsibilities

  • Accountable for driving Canada's revenue, comp sales, awareness and profitability goals.
  • Leads strategic recommendations to execute the performance calendar across product, menu, price and promotions to maximize growth.
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing sales and product mix data across Canada and making fact based decisions that improve sales and profitability.
  • Responsible for developing and refining menu architecture and maximizes franchisee profitability, sales and transactions.
  • Drives Product approval and annual sales forecast process in Canada.
  • Manages relationships with all agencies in Canada.
  • Analyzes sales and consumer information.
  • Leads regional brand/marketing strategies and plans including objectives, metrics and KPI's, ignite growth and innovative plans in partnership with Canadian franchisee teams.
  • Works with a large network of diverse, multi-unit franchisees and their marketing teams across Canada to build multilayered performance marketing calendars including Limited Time Offers, local store marketing, digital and media planning, promotions, merchandising/POP that cater to different market needs and dynamics.
  • Liaises between Franchisees and International Marketing team on the Brand fund contribution and spend.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Communications, etc. MBA a plus.
  • Experience with CRM's and SEO's is required.
  • Must live in the Greater Toronto area.
  • Mandatory experience with marketing in the QSR industry.
  • Experience working with multi-unit franchisees is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Daily travel will be required and occasional overnight travel to visit locations.
