Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at CANADA LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and any discrepancies.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work of equipment and facilities.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the inventory management team.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, logistics).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory control software and MS Excel.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
