Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the operational logistics of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing tasks, coordinating activities, and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage inventory control systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location considerations.
