Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Office Support Assistant to join our team at SSS Estates Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas within the office.
  • Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Record and relay information accurately, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and messages, relaying important information to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience is not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
Personal Qualities:
  • The ideal candidate should possess efficient interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility is essential, as the role may require working variable hours or covering for absent colleagues.
  • A high level of organization and reliability is expected, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • This position requires a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a permanent role, with 35 hours worked per week.
  • The primary working language is English.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
