About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
- Maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Develop and implement office procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other business documents
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly skilled in MS Office, Google Docs, and other software applications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
