Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, meeting our quality and presentation expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
- Staff Development: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing opportunities for growth and development.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Language: English.
