Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food meets quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
