Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Kitchen Operations: Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and Train Kitchen Staff: Lead, motivate, and train a team of cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Manage Kitchen Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory management of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with our front-of-house team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
