Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Black Sheep Pub & Liquor Store. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and service.
Inventory ManagementRequisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering as needed.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Financial ManagementPrepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of sales, wastage, and repairs.
CommunicationPrepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication between kitchen staff.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
