We are a remote software company headquartered in Canada, building a team of driven professionals to help sales teams succeed.

Our lead generation app, Prospect, helps sales reps find contact data in real-time, making it a go-to tool for top sales teams worldwide.

We're a fully bootstrapped and profitable company, with a great work culture that values flexibility and autonomy.

We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and respond to support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Analyze customer usage metrics to identify trends and areas for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage customers and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and training experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing a $1M ARR book of business.
  • Proven track record of success in a SaaS company, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • High level of organization and self-motivation, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Chrome Extensions.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools like Totango or Gainsight.
