About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at PiinPoint. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at various levels of their organization.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify client risk factors and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, customer service, or equivalent, preferably working with B2B SaaS technology.
  • Communication Skills: World-class communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Service-Oriented: A service-oriented attitude towards customers.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial self-starter with proven leadership, innovation, and drive.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively about responding to customer challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with a robust tech stack, including G-Suite tools, Intercom, Mixpanel, Vitally, Github, Figma, Salesforce, and Gong.
