Job Title: Assistant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, presenting lease agreements, and collecting rental payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
  • Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
  • Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
  • Travel between locations as required, with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:

  • Driving license required
  • Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
