We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our furniture store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, competitor activity, and sales trends, informing business decisions and strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions to drive profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or furniture store environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
