- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement. Manage inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
