As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you'll play a critical role in driving store success by making important decisions that impact business results. You'll also develop and empower your team members to achieve their full potential.

* Lead store operations, including front-end, production, and community donation teams
* Make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
