Executive Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team at Canada Inc. This is a permanent position that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using various software applications.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and venue setup.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the department.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Participate in special projects, such as researching best practices, analyzing data, and preparing recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support role or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with scheduling software, such as Calendly or Google Calendar.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
