Administrative Manager Job Description

At Stone Paradise Limited, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
    Requirements:

    • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
    • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Integrity and a team player mindset.
