About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our team as a Confidential Law Clerk/Legal Administrative Assistant on behalf of a valued client in London, ON.

This is a heavily administrative role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of company contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts, and related documents to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring timely execution and fulfillment of contract obligations.
  • Identify potential risks or breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the legal department, procurement team, project managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of legal administration experience.
  • A post-secondary diploma in Law Clerk studies (2-year program) or equivalent education.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred.
