Senior Regional Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Business Development Director to lead our Cooling Division expansion into North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the division, partnering with regional General Managers and divisions to grow the product line in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational readiness and capability, including proposing and securing approval for CAPEX, tracking spend and implementation, and securing the required skills and tooling to support sales and service delivery.
- Deliver the requisite level of financial return to the Company within a framework of corporate policies and procedures that ensure zero harm to all employees, stakeholders, community, Company, and the environment.
- Ensure adherence to HEPI safety and quality requirements and expectations, contributing to a proactive culture.
- Continually develop, implement, and maintain short-, medium- and long-term strategies that are aligned to the Company's vision, values and strategic direction.
- Coordinate globally to utilise existing internal subject matter experts and facilities as required to establish the Cooling product line in the region.
- Oversee sales and other staff with responsibility for expanding and representing the Cooling business, and provide direction and strategic advice.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Operational, Commercial or Sales Manager in mining, engineering or equipment environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and servicing business.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
