Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and performing various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for senior leadership team members
  • Managing training and development strategies to ensure the ongoing growth and success of the team
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and bookkeeping
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
