**Job Overview**

H-E Parts International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Sales and Operations Director. This position will be responsible for leading the company's sales and operations efforts in the region, driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and projects.

**About You**

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in operational, commercial, or sales management in a mining, engineering, or equipment environment. Your expertise should include financial acumen, business development, and leadership skills. A post-graduate qualification (MBA) would be beneficial but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the region.
  • Liaising with internal subject matter experts and facilities to establish the Cooling product line in the region.
  • Targeting sales and service opportunities within key industries such as mining, marine, oil and gas, power generation, and industrial maintenance.
  • Ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to identify and manage business risks.
  • Collaborating with senior managers to prepare annual budgets and input into regional expansion plans.

**Technical Skills**

You should possess a high level of computer literacy and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, and have knowledge of Pronto Database or ERP systems.

**Salary**

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
